AI Diet Buddy is a mobile application that uses artificial intelligence to analyze meals, estimate nutritional content, and provide keto diet tracking tools. The App provides AI-generated estimates and informational content only.
3. Health Disclaimer
AI Diet Buddy is not a medical device and does not provide medical advice. All nutritional information, macro estimates, keto scores, and dietary insights provided by the App are AI-generated estimates for informational purposes only. They should not be relied upon as accurate nutritional data.
The App is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or health condition. Always consult a qualified healthcare professional, registered dietitian, or physician before:
- Starting any new diet, including a ketogenic diet
- Making significant changes to your eating habits
- If you have any existing medical conditions, food allergies, or are taking medications
- If you are pregnant, nursing, or under 18 years of age
You use the App's dietary suggestions and nutritional estimates entirely at your own risk.
4. AI-Generated Content
The App uses Google's Gemini AI to analyze meals and generate nutritional estimates. You acknowledge that:
- AI-generated content may contain errors, inaccuracies, or omissions
- Macro and calorie estimates are approximations and may differ from actual nutritional values
- AI food identification may misidentify ingredients or portion sizes
- Keto scores and ketosis predictions are estimates based on general guidelines, not personalized medical assessments
- You should verify important nutritional information through other means before making health decisions
5. User Responsibilities
You agree to:
- Use the App only for lawful purposes
- Not rely solely on the App's AI analysis for medical or dietary decisions
- Not attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
- Not attempt to access our backend services or APIs outside of the App
- Not use the App to process inappropriate or illegal content
6. Intellectual Property
All content, design, code, and AI models used in AI Diet Buddy are the property of AI Diet Buddy or its licensors. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works based on the App without prior written consent.
7. Amazon Affiliate Links
AI Diet Buddy participates in the Amazon Services LLC Associates Program. Product links within the App and on this website contain affiliate tags. 8. Privacy

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless AI Diet Buddy, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of the App or violation of these Terms.
11. Termination
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to the App at any time, without prior notice, for any reason, including violation of these Terms. You may stop using the App at any time by uninstalling it.
12. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by posting updated Terms on this page and updating the "Last updated" date. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
13. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
